Yes, we are delivering chairs and other products from the Steelcase online store. To protect both our customers and Steelcase employees, our teams will wear masks and gloves, and are equipped with sanitisers during delivery and installation.
Please make an appointment before visiting our showroom, so our team can arrange sufficient space for appropriate social distancing in advance, and be ready to assist you during your visit. Showroom appointments can be made by email.

Please ensure that the intended space for your new Steelcase product is suitable and sufficient. For safety reasons, our delivery and installation agent may not be able to move large and bulky furniture.
Our Customer Care team aims to contact you, and provide a delivery schedule 3-5 working days from the time you place the order. For further enquiries you can contact our Customer Care team by email, citing the order number from your email order confirmation.
Cancellations can be made within 24 hours of placing the order. Please contact our Customer Care team by email, with your order number, to cancel the order. The order may not be cancelled beyond 24 hours after the order was placed.
To schedule a repair for your product, please ensure to keep your product invoice. Contact our Customer Care team by email to schedule the repair. Include both the invoice number and the product code, which can be found at the bottom of the product.
As we are unable to confirm the condition and authenticity of the product parts, these are unfortunately not covered within the warranty. However, if this was purchased through an authorised Steelcase dealer, you may contact them directly for warranty or repair.
